De-icing salt — also known as road salt — is granulated sodium chloride (NaCl) used to prevent and remove ice and snow on highways, urban roads, airports, industrial yards and sidewalks. Alzak supplies rock salt and sea salt in different grain sizes, in bulk or bagged, to public authorities, highway operators and distributors in Europe and other markets with harsh winters.
